     Hello, everyone, I am going to share some discussions which I learned from the lesson this week. It is about the role that females play in a family and the effect that women cause at home. In our lesson, one of our classmates told us when mum got mad at home all of us are affected.

     You could see that everything can influence by tiny things, it is what call family system theory. Family is like a group of pieces if we lose one of them such as we lost our beloved child or adding new pieces like a new member coming to home it will have an affection for our family.  Women are one of the most crucial pieces at home. Women could be a wife, daughters, and a leader at home.

    Women are a key to maintaining the quality at home and household chores.  As a wife, she is the husband's soulmate and partner. She needs to comfort him when he is down and provide him advice and comfort. At my home, my mum always takes the role to support my dad when he has some hardship in his work, I remember one time my dad struggled about should he resign from his old job and found a new, well-paid job. Instead of urging my dad, my mum just told him not to worry and pay more patience on making decisions. A wife's support is really vital to her husband as a wife is an inspiration to man and could supply more courage on making a decision.  She could teach her husband how to love and take care of his family to become a person who is responsible and reliable.

   Moreover,  a woman is a leader at home. She could take care of everyone and assign each of us work which suits our ability and talent. Also, she can be in charge of a chef and design different dishes which contain a variety of nutrients every day.  My aunt is a very good example of a woman being a leader at home, she is the one who manages income at home to prevent the situation of income falling short of expenditure. Women sacrifice their time on spending with their family and work for them so you could see how important they are. Also, if women have a baby they also need to be a teacher educate the kids everything, and pay attention to the baby all the time to protect them from danger.

    Also, a woman can be a daughter at home who brings a family happiness and joy. They could share their daily life at school and tell jokes about their classmates to cheer the family up.  She can show her love to her family by helping with the house works and messaging her parents after they have a busy day of work.  She could also be a big sister to take good care of her brother by teaching him homework and how to study hard in school, she could be his little brother or sister's role model to instill them positive mindset. 

   Being a woman is not that easy especially at home, they need to pick up lots of responsibility so as to take good care of her lovely kids and husband. She needs to sacrifice her entertainment and sleeping time on her duties. 

   Just as our lesson said if we can receive more positive feedback from others we will be more willing to take the work so we need to give more compliments to our lady at home to appreciate what she done for us and let her know how beloved she is.
